Abstrakt | The aim of the research was to identify and assess the changes of private banking in Poland. The research determined among others that the financial products with the lowest risk are currently the most popular among private banking clients of the surveyed banks. It was also determined that the most popular service in the next 2 years will probably be investment advice. Non-banking services such as legal and tax consultancy, educational consulting or concierge services will be an addition to the private banking in Poland. |
Abstract | Celem badań było rozpoznanie i ocena zmian private bankingu w Polsce. W toku badań ustalono między innymi, że produkty finansowe o najmniejszym ryzyku cieszą się obecnie największą popularnością wśród klientów private bankingu badanych banków. Na podstawie wyników badań ustalono również, że najbardziej popularną usługą, świadczoną w ramach private bankingu w najbliższych 2 latach będzie prawdopodobnie doradztwo inwestycyjne. Usługi pozabankowe takie jak doradztwo prawno-podatkowe, doradztwo edukacyjne czy usługi concierge będą w dalszym ciągu dodatkiem oferty w ramach private bankingu w Polsce. |

Abstract | Classic economy sets up rationality of decision of subject without their features of personalities. But domain of the behavioral finance confirms strong interaction has sex on financial decision connected with indebtedness. Research in this range has confirmed that sex, education and level of incomes have effect on decisions related with indebtedness importantly. The main aim of elaborations was follow up the dependence among propensity to indebtedness and sex. This relation based on questionnaires was surveyed of 100 clients of private banking’ segment in one of Warsaw’s bank. Results from conducted analyses of regressions and variances have confirmed that sex statically effects on the level of indebtedness. This results of research from this range also. However reaming variables like education or age were irrelevance. In conclusion, these variables did not have any affect on level of indebtedness. |

Abstract | The paper aims to present the assessment of individual customers’ opinions, regarding the private banking section in PKO BP S.A. bank. This segment of banking is most often used by people with higher education and age from 36 to 55 years. The most important choice determinants of private banking customers in PKO BP S.A. are the convenient location of the bank branches and opening hours. The less important mater in this range concerns the aspect of the attraction of the bank offer. The majority of customers described the banks financial adviser as competent and well prepared to work. Customers usually meet with an adviser once a month. The participants of the private banking section use mostly to make the operation on savings-settlement account and also on a prestige payment cards. The majority of PKO BP S.A. customers assesed the private banking offer of this bank as a similar to other banks |
