Abstrakt | Produktem turystycznym są wszystkie dobra i usługi nabywane przez turystów, jak i walory turystyczne, z których korzystają, a które są dla nich szczególnym przedmiotem zainteresowania. Celem opracowania było dokonanie charakterystyki i oceny produktów turystycznych powstałych oraz zarządzanych przy współpracy z lokalnymi grupami działania. W opracowaniu wykorzystano źródła wtórne. W części empirycznej dokonano analizy stron internetowych lokalnych grup działania, na których podstawie wytypowano trzy przykłady produktów turystycznych powstałych przy wsparciu lokalnych grup działania. Uzyskane wyniki badań, jednoznacznie wskazują na zaangażowanie lokalnych grup działania w rozwój turystyki na obszarach ich działalności, a opisane produkty mogą stanowić przykład na stworzenie marki danego regionu, przy jednoczesnym wykorzystaniu zasobów przyrodniczych, krajobrazowych oraz kulturowych i zaangażowaniu lokalnej społeczności. |
Abstract | A tourist product is all goods and services purchased by tourists, as well as tourist values that they use and which are of particular interest to them. The purpose of the study was to characterize and evaluate tourism products created and managed in cooperation with Local Action Groups. Secondary sources were used in the study. In the empirical part, the websites of local action groups were analyzed, based on which three examples of tourist products created with the support of Local Action Groups were selected.Obtained research results clearly indicate the involvement of Local Action Groups in the development of tourism in their areas of activity, and the described products can be an example of creating a brand of a given region, while using natural, landscape and cultural resources, and the involvement of the local community. |

Abstrakt | The importance of modern information and communication technologies in the economic and social life has steadily increased. The Internet creates new opportunities to provide services and meet needs. Tourism enterprises are interested in making a big profit from their sales and want the customers to give their preferences to them. The article deals with the peculiarities of Internet use by the tourism services consumers. Determined that the compared to traditional advertising technologies, Internet makes it possible to provide a dialogue with the consumer, to establish feedback and, in terms of investment, it is much cheape. The data representing the social characteristics of the sphere of Ukrainian Internet consumers are generalized. The main reasons and motives for making online purchases by tourism services consumers are indicated. The barriers that hinder the further development of Internet commerce and the promotion of online tourism services have been identified. Quantitative and qualitative research on the use of tourism Internet services in Ukraine has been carried out. |

Abstrakt | Dolina rzeki Bug to wyjątkowy obszar na terenie Polski, charakteryzujący się bogatymi walorami zarówno przyrodniczymi, jak i kulturowymi. To również tereny w dużym stopniu rolnicze i nieprzekształcone, a jednocześnie objęte ochroną prawną. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań wśród właścicieli gospodarstw agroturystycznych 34 gmin usytuowanych na obszarze trzech województw (podlaskiego, lubelskiego i mazowieckiego) w dolinie rzeki Bug stwierdzono, iż atutami wpływającymi w znacznym stopniu na rozwój turystyki na badanym terenie są walory przyrodnicze terenu nadbużańskiego oraz wyjątkowa cisza i spokój, a także dostęp do istniejącej infrastruktury turystycznej. Wskazano również na dużą rolę informacji turystycznej, potrzebę jej popularyzacji (przez wydawanie albumów, katalogów i innych opracowań reklamowych) oraz utrzymania wysokiego standardu prowadzonych usług. Za główną barierę rozwoju agroturystyki uznano brak nawyku w społeczeństwie do wypoczynku weekendowego i sezonowość istniejących ofert. |
Abstract | Valley of the Bug River is a unique area within the territory of Poland, characterized by rich natural and cultural values. These areas are of agricultural and undeveloped nature to a large degree, while at the same time being covered by legal protection. As a result of the conducted studies among agricultural land owners from 34 communes located in the territory of three provinces (podlaskie, lubelskie and mazowieckie) within the valley of Bug, it was noted that the advantages which largely impact the development of tourism in the area are the natural values of the area and a unique silence and peace, as well as access to the existing touristic infrastructure. Significant role of tourist information as well as the necessity to popularize it were also indicated - through issuing albums, catalogues and other commercial materials and maintainable of high standard of carried out services. The main growth obstacle for agro-tourism is the lack of habit in the society for weekend rest and seasonality of the existing offers. |

Abstrakt | International enterprises (in this paper, international companies are understood as companies that sell their products and services abroad) are precious for the national economy because, through their experience in international sales, they stimulate the development of other companies in the same industry and their subcontractors. The knowledge that these companies have gained on international markets through the spillover effect spreads on their suppliers, as well as through imitation or cooperation on their competitors. Also, international companies (in the meaning: domestic export companies) are often the first to use new technological solutions and product innovations, which contributes to the modernization of products in the entire business sector. Dynamic and robust international companies usually also build networks with entities from different countries in order to cooperate on development, negotiation, and sales, which also encourages similar activities of their competitors. For all these reasons, national governments should take action to help to export companies, or at least monitor the problems that such entities report. The purpose of the publication is to draw attention to the higher demand for the debt that exists in such enterprises and to discuss the reasons for this. In particular, the purpose of the publication was to verify 2 research hypotheses: H1: Internationalization increases indebtedness of a company measured with the debt to equity ratio, and H2: The scale of internationalization (measured with the share of foreign sales to total sales) is positively related to the level of indebtedness (measured with the debt to equity ratio). For both hypotheses we found no grounds to reject these hypotheses. In the opinion of the authors, the demand for debt from exporters should be monitored, especially in terms of the availability of this form of financing for exporters from the SME sector. The paper used the Arellano-Bond model and data downloaded from the Orbis database for years 2007 – 2017. |

Abstrakt | The paper presents the definition of innovation, advancement and development of the Fintech sector on the global scale, with particular emphasis put on Poland. The aim of the paper was to present a comprehensive definition of Fintech, show the scale of this type of ventures around the world and in Poland, and analyze the forms and potential of the cooperation of Fintech companies with financial services entities, in particular with the banks. The article uses a critical analysis of the literature of mainly English-language studies from the last 5 years, indicating the state of financial innovations and their importance on the global scale. The author analyzed statistical data from PWC Global Fintech Report, CitiGPS reports, Capgemini reports and KPMG, which enabled her to present the value of global investments in Fintech. The performed cause and effect analysis indicates that investments in the Fintech sector are becoming more and more popular, that this market will be growing due to cooperation, among others, with the banks which want to meet the requirements of their customers using more advanced technologies. |

Abstrakt | With the increase of food supply and the improvement of production processes, the real value of certain food products has been steadily declining over the past decades, which is certainly a trend that has seriously transformed the moral value of food, its role in society and its associated personal attitudes. According to UN and FAO estimates, in 2016, 30-35% of our food was wasted. Food waste in households is also a special area of research in terms of their high wasting rate. While exploring the causes of high amounts of consumer waste, a research group has also correlated (with mathematical models) the gradual growth rate of food waste, the US obesity epidemic and the growing supply of cheaper food products (Hall et al. 2009). In our research, we examine certain personal aspects in case of specific (e.g. functional) foods as well. A significant decrease in food waste coming from households could be attained by controlling our attitudes. Food waste, consumption awareness, eating habits, food mileage, water footprint, sustainable eating, energy efficiency: these are all terms which have to have their meaning and importance taught to people, as they contain important – affecting the level of wasting – information. Therefore, we can see that food waste itself is one of the most serious, paradoxical and global modern issues which the developed world has identified, and is trying to decrease by using national and international interventions in order to limit food supply anomalies and environmental loads as much as possible. Understanding personal attributes more precisely might be a good practice for providing future solutions, as well. |

Abstrakt | Dobrze rozwinięte rynki kapitałowe stanowią ważny element gospodarki, jako źródło finansowania przedsiębiorstw komplementarne wobec systemu bankowego. Ponadto pełnią inne ważne funkcje: pozwalają na wycenę kapitału i ryzyka, ułatwiają transfer własności akcji, ponadto stanowią miejsce inwestycji i spekulacji. Rynki państw rozwiniętych są często poddawane różnorodnym analizom, które pozwalają ocenić zarówno stan rozwoju tych rynków, jak i ich funkcjonowanie. W odniesieniu do rynków wschodzących takich analiz jest znacznie mniej. Najsłabiej zbadane w tym zakresie są rynki Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej. W celu przynajmniej częściowego wypełnienia tej luki przeprowadzono analizę rozwoju zorganizowanych rynków giełdowych w tych państw w okresie lat 2006-2017. Przyjęto szeroki zakres terytorialny – badaniem objęto: Albanię, Białoruś, Bośnię i Hercegowinę, Bułgarię, Chorwację, Czarnogórę, Czechy, Estonię, Litwę, Łotwę, Macedonię, Polskę, Rumunię, Serbię, Słowację, Słowenię, Ukrainę, Węgry. Dane wykorzystane do przeprowadzenia analizy pochodziły z dużej liczby źródeł wtórnych, takich jak strony internetowe samych giełd, ich raporty roczne, publikacje naukowe, opracowania i raporty firm doradczych, a także bazy danych organizacji międzynarodowych. Wyniki przeprowadzonej analizy wskazują, że giełdy z regionu Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej podążały trzema drogami: (1) wybierały rozwój organiczny, stawiając na samodzielność operacyjną, (2) przystępowały do aliansów regionalnych, (3) stawały się uczestnikami aliansów globalnych. Wyniki badań dotyczących zmian, jakie zaszły na tych giełdach między rokiem 2006 a 2017 dowodzą, że żadne z rozwiązań nie prowadziło do pełnego sukcesu. Wyniki te wskazują również, że giełdy generalnie lepiej radziły sobie z przezwyciężaniem barier po stronie podażowej (na części rynków wzrosła liczba emitentów i średnia wartość spółki), niż popytowej (niemal na wszystkich giełdach spadła zarówno wielkość, jak i prędkość obrotu). |
Abstract | Well-developed capital markets are an important element of the economy, as a source of financing for enterprises complementary to the banking system. In addition, they perform other important functions: they allow the valuation of capital and risk, facilitate the transfer of ownership of shares, and are also a place of investment and speculation. The markets of developed countries are often subjected to various analyses, which allow to assess both the state of development of these markets and their functioning. There are much fewer such analysis for emerging markets. The least-researched markets in this area are Central and Eastern Europe. In order to at least partially fill this gap, analysis of the development of organized stock exchange markets in these countries in the period 2006-2017 was carried out. A wide territorial scope was adopted – the study covered: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, and Hungary. The data used to conduct the analysis came from a large number of secondary sources, such as the websites of the exchanges themselves, their annual reports, scientific publications, studies and reports of consulting companies, as well as databases of international organizations. The results of the analysis show that the stock exchanges from the Central and Eastern Europe region followed three paths: (1) they chose organic development, focusing on operational independence, (2) joined regional alliances, (3) became global alliance participants. The results of research on changes that took place on these exchanges between 2006 and 2017 prove that none of the solutions led to full success. These results also indicate that the stock exchanges generally coped better with overcoming barriers on the supply side (the number of issuers and the company's average value increased on part of the markets) than on the demand side (both the volume and the speed of turn decreased on almost all exchanges). |

Abstrakt | Branża pocztowa, której tradycyjnym produktem są list i paczka, traktowana jest obecnie jako część szerszego rynku KEP (kurier, ekspres, paczka). Dla rynku KEP można zidentyfikować zjawiska rozwojowe (megatrendy) mające wpływ na jego funkcjonowanie w dłuższej perspektywie. Wiedza o tych zjawiskach powinna być podstawą każdej decyzji o strategicznym charakterze.Celem opracowania jest usystematyzowanie istoty zmian w otoczeniu branży pocztowej. Niektóre zjawiska w otoczeniu tego rynku już przyczyniły się do komodyzacji (utraty wartości i konieczności redefinicji podstawowych założeń) niektórych rodzajów usług, a w odniesieniu do innych, do ich całkowitego zniknięcia z rynku. Megatrendy w otoczeniu branży pocztowej decydują o tym, że publiczni operatorzy stoją dzisiaj przed koniecznością zmiany modeli funkcjonowania. Być może, w niedalekiej przyszłości, konieczność zmian będzie dotyczyć także paradygmatów zarządzania. Artykuł podejmuje tematykę branży pocztowej z perspektywy wyzwań w zakresie zarządzania, gdzie zauważyć można istotną lukę w polskim piśmiennictwie. Opracowanie ma charakter teoretyczny z aspektami praktycznymi i jest oparty na przeglądzie literatury naukowej oraz popularno-naukowej. W artykule dokonano aktualizacji literatury z punktu widzenia obecnego stanu rzeczy branży pocztowej. Wykorzystano wtórne źródła danych. |
Abstract | The postal industry, whose historical product are letter and parcel, is now treated as a part of the wider CEP market (courier, express, parcel). It is possible to identify, for the CEP market, development phenomena (megatrends) affecting its long-term functioning. The knowledge of these phenomena should be the basis for any strategic decision. The aim of the study is to systematize the essence of changes taking place in the environment of the postal industry. Some phenomena, surrounding this market, have already contributed to the commodization (the loss of value and the need to redefine the basic assumptions) of the certain types of services, and in relation to others, to their complete disappearance from the market. Megatrends in the environment of the postal industry decide that public operators face nowadays the necessity to change their operating models. Perhaps, in the near future, the need for a change will also apply to management paradigms. The article addresses the subject of the postal industry from the perspective of management challenges, where one can notice a significant gap in Polish literature. The study has a theoretical character with practical aspects and is based on a review of scientific and popular science literature. The article updates the literature taking into account the current state of the postal industry`s affairs. Secondary data sources were used. |

Abstrakt | The article addresses an important and current problem related to the use of chatbots in customer service, according to students. The aim of the research was to recognize the attitude of respondents to chatbots in the context of customer service and to determine the development prospects for their use in this area. The research examined the recognizability of chatbots among respondents, the frequency of contact between respondents and chatbots, as well as the impression (feeling) of respondents using chatbots. As a research method, student survey was used. Research has shown that chatbots are still a new tool for respondents, however they have great potential in customer service, as they are user-friendly and are very useful in the area of customer service. Research has shown that the role of chatbots in this area should increase. This can have a good effect on the image of the brand / company. |

Abstrakt | Food intake is a prerequisite for human beings to live a healthy life style. The attainment of food security is crucial and is a prime development priority for all developing countries. The inability to provide reliable evidence of national food security has remained a problem for both policymakers and researchers alike. The present study helps fill this gap by incorporating the multidimensional determinants of food security at the national level in Azerbaijan. The specific objectives of the study are to evaluate the short-term and long-term dynamics of these determinants on food security. The empirical analysis draws from nationally representative time series data over the period 1991 to 2018, taken from FAO and WDI. The ARDL model suggested that food import, exchange rate, inflation, climate change, and urban population growth harm national food security dynamics of Azerbaijan. On the other hand, trade to GDP ratio has a positive impact on food security. Overall results suggest that there is a pressing need to improve its institutional framework if the Azerbaijan government sincerely desires to have sustainable food security, as organizations control all other issues. |

Abstrakt | Głównym celem artykułu było określenie zmian zasięgu geograficznego procesów internacjonalizacji rynku serów w Polsce z wykorzystaniem metody opierającej się na przepływach towarów (metody Elzingi–Hogarty’ego). Opierając się na danych wtórnych IERiGŻ-PIB, stwierdzono, że rynek serów w Polsce do 2003 roku miał zasięg krajowy, następnie po integracji z Unią Europejską zasięg rozszerzył się do „semiglobalnego”. W 2014 roku rynek serów obejmował Polskę, USA oraz 9 krajów będących członkami Unii Europejskiej. Tak zdefiniowany rynek serów charakteryzował się produkcją na poziomie 13 643 tys. ton, konsumpcją na poziomie 12 970 tys. ton oraz eksportem i importem odpowiednio na poziomie 1361 tys. ton i 688 tys. ton. |
Abstract | The aim of the paper was to define geographic scope of internationalization the cheese market based on Elzinga–Hogarty method. Using secondary data (Food and Agriculture Organization, Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics) were find that the cheese market is international in the scope, and this scope is evolving from country to semi-global. Cheese market consists Poland, USA and 9th EU countries in 2014. Such market has production of 13 643 thousand tones, consumption of 12 970 thousand tones and export and import at the level of 1361 thousand tones, 688 thousand tones, respectively. |

Abstrakt | Jednym z cenionych i znanych agroturystycznych regionów Polski jest województwo wielkopolskie. Warunki przyrodnicze, bogata tradycja i kultura oraz obyczaje ludowe funkcjonujące na tym terenie powodują, że świadczenie usług agroturystycznych jest popularne wśród właścicieli gospodarstw. Chcąc być konkurencyjnym na rynku, usługodawcy korzystają z nowoczesnych technologii w zakresie promowania swojej oferty. Stosowanie działań marketingowych przy prowadzeniu gospodarstw agroturystycznych to bardzo ważny temat, gdyż świadczy on po pierwsze o przedsiębiorczości właścicieli, a po drugie stanowi doskonałą promocję gospodarstwa czy regionu. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie możliwości finansowania działań marketingowych oraz kosztów poniesionych przez właścicieli gospodarstw agroturystycznych z tytułu wykorzystywanych narzędzi marketingowych. Na podstawie przeprowadzonego badania można stwierdzić, że gospodarstwa korzystają z narzędzi marketingowych, jednakże właściciele deklarują, że przeznaczają niewielką kwotę na tego typu działanie. |
Abstract | Agritourism is one of the most popular forms of rural tourism. The Wielkopolskie region is a valued and well known agritourism region of Poland. Natural conditions, rich tradition and culture as well as folk customs functioning in this area make the provision of agritourism services popular among farm owners. In order to be competitive on the market, hosts use modern technologies to promote their products and services. The application of marketing activities while running agritourism farms is a very important subject, as it proves, first of all, the entrepreneurship of the owners and, secondly, it is an excellent promotion of the farm or the region. The aim of this article is to indicate the possibility of financing marketing activities and costs incurred by the owners of agritourism farms due to the marketing tools used. The article attempts to present the financing of marketing activities in agritourism and the costs incurred by the owner of the used marketing tools in Poland. The research was carried out among agritourism farms located in the Wielkopolskie region. On the basis of the conducted research it can be stated that the farms use marketing tools, however, the owners declare that they allocate a small amount of money to this type of activity. |

Abstrakt | W artykule przedstawiono historie polskiego winiarstwa. Na podstawie danych zawartych w raportach Agencji Rynku Rolnego przedstawiono kształtowanie się liczby winnic oraz powierzchni upraw winorośli i zbioru winogron w latach 2009–2018. Dane z portalu winogrodnicy.pl posłużyły do scharakteryzowania liczby winnic wraz z ich lokalizacją oraz powierzchnią. Z przeprowadzonej analizy wynika, że polskie winiarstwo od ponad 20 lat przeżywa odrodzenie. Obserwuje się znaczący wzrost liczby winnic wraz z areałem upraw. Zmieniające się warunki klimatyczne w Polsce umożliwiają producentom wina uprawę winorośli na terenie prawie całego kraju, czego potwierdzeniem jest wzrost powierzchni plantacji w większości województw. |
Abstract | The article presents the history of Polish viticulture. Based on the data contained in reports of the Agricultural Market Agency (Agencja Rynku Rolnego), the number of vineyards and the areas under vines and grape harvest were presented in 2009–2018. The data from the portal www.winogrodnicy.pl served to characterize the number of vineyards with their location and area. The analysis shows that Polish viticulture has been experiencing a revival for over 20 years. There is a significant increase in both the number of vineyards and the crop area. The changing climatic conditions in Poland allow wine producers to grow vines almost all over the country, which is confirmed by the increase in the plantation area in most of the voivodeship. |

Abstrakt | Celem artykułu było rozpoznanie sposobów organizowania turystycznych wyjazdów zagranicznych, a także czynników sprzyjających i ograniczających zakup usług turystycznych przez Internet. Materiał empiryczny zebrany został głównie za pomocą metody sondażowej, na którą złożyły się dwie techniki badawcze: ankieta według kwestionariusza i analiza literatury przedmiotu. Badania empiryczne przeprowadzone zostały w 2016 r. wśród 141 turystów. Do czynników stymulujących zakup usług turystycznych przez Internet należały: możliwość porównania ofert różnych organizatorów turystyki i oszczędność czasu, a czynnikami ograniczającymi były: brak poczucia bezpieczeństwa transakcji, niechęć do podawania danych osobowych i brak możliwości negocjacji oraz zmiany elementów umowy. |
Abstract | The aim of the article was to identify ways to organize foreign tourist trips, as well as factors stimulating and limiting the purchase of tourist services via the Internet. The empirical material was collected mainly using a survey method, which consisted of two research techniques: a questionnaire survey and an analysis of the literature. Empirical research was carried out in 2016 among 141 tourists. The factors stimulating the purchase of tourist services via the Internet included: the possibility of comparing the offers of various tour operators and time saving, while the limiting factors were: lack of transaction security, unwillingness to enter personal data and the lack of negotiation and change of contract elements. |

Abstrakt | Specyfika usług implikuje konieczność monitorowania ich jakości. Stale poszukiwane są metody oceny usług nieangażujące konsumentów. Jedną z nich jest metoda tajemniczego klienta. Celem publikacji jest diagnoza procedur stosowanych w badaniach marketingowych, a w szczególności wykorzystanie metody tajemniczego klienta w której ocena jest prowadzona przez zespół osób. Dla sprawdzenia tego podejścia zastosowano ocenę jakości usług gastronomicznych w wybranych placówkach sieci restauracji, takich jak: Pizza Hut, Pizzeria Da Grasso, Bobby Burger i Bierhalle. Innowacją w badaniu było wykorzystanie grupowej oceny usługi. Przyjęta metodyka pozwoliła na przeprowadzenie badania w zbliżonych do rzeczywistych warunków, gdyż zwykle ludzie idą do restauracji w kilka osób. Budowanie zespołów, które wspólnie oceniałyby jakość usług, daje również możliwość redukcji zróżnicowanej percepcji i różnych doświadczeń osób uczestniczących w badaniu. |
Abstract | The specificity of services implies the need to monitor their quality. Methods for assessing non-consumer services are constantly sought after. The mystery client method is one of them. The purpose of this publication is to diagnose the procedures used in marketing research, and in particular to use the mysterious client method in which the assessment is conducted by a team of people. To verify this approach, the quality assessment of gastronomic services was used in selected restaurant chains, such as Pizza Hut, Pizzeria Da Grasso, Bobby Burger and Bierhalle. The innovation in the study was the use of group to evaluate services. The adopted methodology allowed to conduct the study in close to real conditions, because usually people go to a restaurant together. Building teams that would jointly assess the quality of services gives also the opportunity to reduce the diversification in perception and different experiences of people participating in the study. |

Abstrakt | The objective of this paper is to evaluate the customer service quality at the cooperative banks in Poland and to test the extent of the customer oriented approach of selling banking services based on the relational model. The customer service level at the cooperative banks was evaluated as low in comparison with the results achieved by the commercial banks. The principles of the relational model and the customer-oriented sales model were fulfilled in 36%. The analysis of the needs, using the feedback about the customer, the customer commitment and the effective sales were the least implemented. The highest level of implementation concerned the principles of comfortable customer service, the greeting and presentation of the offer. The selling efficiency is highly correlated with upholding the principles of a customer-oriented sales model. The study used the Mystery Shopper method. |

Abstrakt | Transport is a very important branch of the economy. It was quite well recognized in the case of industry services, however, there have been few studies on transport services provided in the agribusiness sector. This gap was filled by employees of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at WULS-SGGW. The subjects of interest were entities dealing in food processing. The study reviewed research and publications of the Faculty’s employees that were created in the 21st century. The majority of enterprises did not have a separate department dealing with transport. Apart from own transportation, small and micro enterprises also combined their own and external transport means. Forwarding services were used to a small extent in the shipping process organisation. The results of the research at WULS-SGGW and other studies were quite similar. |

Abstrakt | The article presents the principles of environmental policy implementation in Ukraine and its social, economic and ecological impact in accordance with objectives of the Environmental Strategy of Ukraine for 2020. It is stated that activities of industrial enterprises lead to the most significant negative influence on the environment. The relation between environmental policy and atmospheric air emissions is determined using regression analysis. It is also proved that innovations can be viewed as a driver for realization of environmental policy. Measures for the environmental policy improvement in Ukraine refer to state and local control and imply a set of innovative actions in industrial production. |

It is proposed to improve methodological approaches to financial assessment of an enterprise – a potential borrower, due to changes in the economy, in particular in the financial sector, which have been influenced by crises that have shaken the Ukrainian economy twice in the past ten years. The proposed approaches to assessing the financial condition of an agricultural enterprise as a component of its creditworthiness increase the accuracy and credibility of such assessments and help to minimize credit risks. |

What exactly is a driver of productivity and economic growth? Business executives have to face also other challenges: how all this knowledge has to be managed and how to adapt to swiftly changing circumstances? Should it be centralized in shared services centres forms or maybe outsourced based on business process outsourcing strategy? Do companies should establish cooperation with universities or R&D institutes based on the cluster structure? In this article the author will characterized the knowledge as a source of competitiveness, increasing importance of science and try to summarize best practices in that field. |
