Abstrakt	On 1 September 2017, the National Support Centre for Agriculture was established and appointed to serve as the Trustee of the Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury in Poland. This study profiles the legal relationship of the trust and points out its specifics in reference to state-owned agricultural property. The article includes an evaluation of the assumed legal solutions for the National Support Centre for Agriculture and compares them to the operations of the abolished Agricultural Property Agency.

Abstrakt	Trwają prace nad przygotowaniem ostatecznego kształtu regulacji dotyczących polityk europejskich w nowej perspektywie finansowej Unii Europejskiej na lata 2014- 2020. Komisja Europejska przedstawiła między innymi propozycję nowego instrumentu koordynacji polityk, tzw. Wspólnych Ram Strategicznych (Common Strategic Framework), które miałyby przyczynić się do lepszej integracji wertykalnej i horyzontalnej polityk europejskich, w tym polityk wspierających rozwój obszarów wiejskich. Celem artykułu było przedstawienie ewolucji struktury finansowania rozwoju obszarów wiejskich oraz architektury Wspólnych Ram Strategicznych i skutków ich wprowadzenia dla programowania drugiego filara Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej.
Abstract	The European Commission has adopted draft legislative packages which will frame European policies for a new financial perspective of 2014-2020. Among them, European Commission introduced a new instrument called Common Strategic Framework to reinforce horizontal and vertical coordination between policies, including policies for rural development The aim of the article was to discuss the evolution of the structure of EU funds supporting rural development and the architecture of Common Strategic Framework and its impact on programming of the second pillar of the Common Agricultural Policy.
