Abstrakt	Bearing in mind a serious dependence of Ukraine on the import of oil products, it isof great significance for Ukraine to develop own manufacture and to increase the share of oilproduct substitution with biofuel. It is not possible to develop biofuel market without solvinga number of economic and organizational problems, which is why it is expedient to introducefinancial-economic stimuli for biofuel producers and to build a stable demand for alternativekinds of fuel. In Ukraine the manufacture of alternative fuels almost terminated, however thesolution of the problem of biofuel manufacture will depend on the coordination of joint actionsof the state, participants of market relations and the development of the system of measuresaimed at the creation of pre-conditions to enhance a competitive biofuel market in Ukraine,taking into consideration foreign experience and current tendencies of the manufacture anduse of the alternative energy sources.

Abstrakt	The article analyzes the domestic and world methods of assessing the level of foodsecurity. The national peculiarities of food security are considered, its level in Ukraine is analyzedaccording to the indicators of daily energy value of human diet, consumption of differenttypes of food per capita, food structure and food independence. The calculated indicators ofadequacy of consumption for certain foods are quite low, in particular: fish and fish products;fruits, berries and grapes; milk and dairy products; meat and meat products. These indicatorsare evidence of an imbalance in the diet of the population, which is trying to provide their ownenergy needs through more affordable products. The key problem of food security in Ukrainetoday is the affordability of products. It is the low purchasing power of the population that insome way hinders the development of production and the economy as a whole.

It’soffered the directions of increasing the investment attractiveness of the Ukrainian economy inthe current conditions of development.

Abstrakt	The importance of modern information and communication technologies in the economic and social life has steadily increased. The Internet creates new opportunities to provide services and meet needs. Tourism enterprises are interested in making a big profit from their sales and want the customers to give their preferences to them. The article deals with the peculiarities of Internet use by the tourism services consumers. Determined that the compared to traditional advertising technologies, Internet makes it possible to provide a dialogue with the consumer, to establish feedback and, in terms of investment, it is much cheape. The data representing the social characteristics of the sphere of Ukrainian Internet consumers are generalized. The main reasons and motives for making online purchases by tourism services consumers are indicated. The barriers that hinder the further development of Internet commerce and the promotion of online tourism services have been identified. Quantitative and qualitative research on the use of tourism Internet services in Ukraine has been carried out.

Abstrakt	The formation of professional competences of modern economists requires from the educational institution, from the teachers fundamentally new approaches in professional education: the integration of pedagogical, economic and entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and abilities. The aim of the study is to analyze modern approaches to the formulation of the concept of »competence«, to find out the components of professional competence for the preparation of future economists. General scientific methods of research have been applied: induction and deduction, refinement and classification. The modern approaches to the formulation of the concept of »competence« have been analyzed in the article. Historical and terminological analysis of its essence made it possible to find out the components, the structure of professional competence. Special attention has been paid to the content of key and substantive competence. The formation of professional competence of economists must be carried out taking into account the modern requirements in the field of education, educational programs of the specialty. Thus, a highly skilled economist one can become due to a high motivational indicator, confidence in the correct selection of the future kind of activity, the desire to acquire as much information professional material and its transformation into knowledge, which will lead to professionalism in the process of the vocational practice. In the subsequent research, we will substantiate the process of forming the competitiveness of future economists.
