Abstract
The author restated organizational solutions in the article performing in systems of cooperative banking of chosen countries of the European Union. Moreover he presented features and conditioning of functioning of cooperative banking in the European Union, who are distinguishing them from commercial banks. The author also showed basic economic and organizational data to sectors of cooperative banking of chosen countries of the European Union
