Abstract
The paper aims to analyze links between the efficiency of motivation tools and the financial situation of companies from food industry. It argues that selection of efficient incentives influences the level of employees’ motivation. The better motivation effects with higher effectiveness of their work, which in return influences the improvement of financial condition of a company. The analysis have been made on the example of companies from food industry that are operating in Siedlce district
