Abstract
The expenses incurred by our country on agriculture and rural areas’ development depend on the agricultural policy and financial abilities of the Budget. The aim of the article was firstly to analyze the changes in the structure of support instruments and, secondly, in the size and dynamics of public funds assign enables the absorption of union funds but, on the other hand, enforces us for refinancing union programs. As the analysis of the budget of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture has exerted, all this caused changes in the size and structure of the mentioned expenses.
