Abstract
In the article the overview of costs of bankruptcy both in international and domestic research results has been presented. The Author has pointed out that costs of bankruptcy can be divided in different ways, e.g. indirect and direct. It has also discussed costs of legal processes which are essential in reaching the aim of proceedings.
