Abstract
Financial independence communes depends first of all on legal and economic factors. Indicators of financial independence Subcarpathian’s communes in 2006–2008 increased. However the realization investments decreased in this time. Subcarpathian’s communes characterized by a lower financial independence than other Polish communes.
