Abstract
The paper deals with reflections on the optimal organization of transportation services for the tasks involved in the distribution business of light industry. Authors present a model to use solutions to improve the flow of streams of goods from the supplier to customers while increasing economic efficiency in the distribution of finished products. The article presents the possibility of using selected decision-making tools to support a rational choice of the variant of action, while stressing the benefits the tools offer in the practice of company.
