Abstract
In this article the comparison between strategy of current financial liquidity and strategy of excellent financial liquidity, according to assumption of harmonization, was presented. The object of research was ZT Kruszwica S.A. enterprise. The period of research included year 2010. Managers of enterprise used more conservative strategy of working capital management and also in financial sector of business activity. It caused lower risk of losing financial liquidity and lower effective of operational activity at the same time. Modification of current structure of working capital caused improvement in financial liquidity and better use of financial sources.
