Streszczenie
W artykule podjęto problematykę zmiany wartości aktywów zarządzanych przez towarzystwa funduszy inwestycyjnych. Analiza dotyczy okresu zmiennej koniunktury na rynkach kapitałowych. Na tym tle przedstawiono dynamikę wartości aktywów netto w poszczególnych grupach funduszy. Wskazano również na czynniki, które oddziaływały na decyzje inwestorów odnośnie wyboru określonych rodzajów funduszy. Badania dowiodły, że największy udział w wartości aktywów mają fundusze akcji oraz mieszane, natomiast najszybciej rozwijającą się grupą są fundusze nieruchomości i sekurytyzacyjne. Maleje znaczenie funduszy ochrony kapitału oraz stabilnego wzrostu.
Abstract
The article discusses changes in the value of assets managed by investment fundcompanies. The analysis covers a period of variable situation on the capital markets. The dynamics of the net asset value of funds in each group was presented against this background. It also identifies the factors which influenced investors decisions regarding the selection of investment funds. Studies have shown that the largest share of the value of assets to equity funds and mixed funds, while the fastest-growing group are real estate and securitization funds.
