Streszczenie
W artykule zaprezentowano stan polskiego rolnictwa na bazie koncepcji gospodarki opartej na wiedzy. Wskazano cztery filary gospodarki tego typu w kontekście zmian rolnictwa. Przedstawiono system bodźców ekonomicznych, system edukacyjny, innowacje oraz informatyzację oraz wskazano na różnice między poziomem wsparcia finansowego badań w rolnictwie, różnice w wykształceniu oraz dostępie do ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). Podkreślono znaczenie kapitału ludzkiego obszarów wiejskich jako czynnika transformacji społeczeństwa przemysłowego w społeczeństwo wiedzy.
Abstract
In the article the situation on Polish agriculture under conditions of the knowledge-based economy were presented. The four pillars of the knowledge-based economy in the context of the agriculture changes were shown. The system of the economic stimuli, educational system, innovation and the computerization were also discussed. The differences between the level of the financial support for agriculture research, the differences in education and the access to ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) were shown. The importance of the human capital in the rural areas as a stimulating factor of the transformation of industrial society into the knowledge society were also underlined.
