Abstract
Concerning the property belonging to the State Treasury and also the execution of certain civil and legal actions on such properties it is obligatory to make use of appraisers. The value of a property is closely connected with prices and fees that are to be fixed as a basic target for the purpose of appraisal ordered by counties. The rules and procedures binding in this regard are the main topic of this elaboration
