Abstract
The paper aims to present structure of balance sheets and financial ratios for of selected group of small and medium sized enterprises from Warmia and Mazury Viovodship. A particular attention was paid to changes which took part in balance sheets’ components in 2004–2006. The survey has proved the increase of both fixed and current assets. The fixed assets were represented by buildings (64%), technical equipment (22.1%) and land (8.2%)
