Abstract
The equalization payments assigning for the areas with disadvantageous management conditions are supposed to counteract rural areas depopulation and vanishing their rural character. The average amount of that payment in the investigated farms is 1337 zl. The biggest share of ONW (Disadvantageous Management Conditions) payments in farm income was noticed in the smallest farms.
