Abstract
Knowledge is the most important of all resources and even more so in conditions of the new economy. Usefulness of KM becomes more evident in the process of improving management of an organization which nowadays is functioning in changeable surroundings. Research, was conducted in 2011, concerning 50 enterprises with implemented QMS in accordance that ISO 9001 requirements that were interested in implementation of KM system.
