Streszczenie

Rozwój procesów zachodzących w regionie charakteryzuje się dużą zmiennością. Oznacza to, iż wyróżnienie podstawowych czynników, jak również tych określających ich wpływ na konkurencję jest bardzo skomplikowany. Trudności pojawiają się zarówno na poziomie pomiaru natężenia i kierunku oddziaływania każdego z czynników. Konkurencyjności regionu oprócz kwoty i kapitału, zatrudnienia i zasobów naturalnych struktur jest realizowana przez inne istotne czynniki. W trakcie oceny procesów terytorialnych, niektóre z nich zostają utracone, a niektóre z nich nabyte. W przypadku ewaluacji zasobów siły roboczej, wysoki procent bezrobocia i migracji można być przeszkodą. Natomiast migracja powoduje zmiany w czynnikach i ekonomicznych tj. brak miejsc pracy, jak również wykwalifikowanych pracowników. Zmiana czynnika są zawsze związane z kapitałem w rozwoju regionu pod wpływem globalnych procesów.

Abstract

The whole event of development processes taking place in the region are characterized by great changeability, so singling out the basic factors , as well as defining their influence on competition is very complicated. Difficulties appear at the level of measurement of intensity and direction of interaction each of the factors. The region’s competitiveness besides the amount and capital, employment and natural stock structures are effected by other important factors too. During evaluation processes of territorial systems, some of them are lost , some of them are gained. The labor force and capital stock undergo revaluing . In the case of the first factor, the high percentage of unemployment and migration can be to blame. The migration causes It causes that social and economical lack of jobs as well as qualified workers. The change of the factor connected with capital stock in region development was influenced by global processes. Below are listed existing factors in regions which determine competition potential: - Varied economical structure-including branches and companies able to compete in international production and exchange processes. - Investing -national and international, in private and public sector - Technical infrastructure- competent transport , telecom, water supplying, electricity system . - Social infrastructure –education system, national health service, social service, etc. - Developing research activity-educational centers, higher education - Natural environment sources - Business institutions –local development agencies , farming, deliveries
