Streszczenie
Zaprezentowano znaczenie sektora spółdzielczego w gospodarce krajów wysoko rozwiniętych. Scharakteryzowano kondycję polskiej spółdzielczości po 1990 roku oraz nakreślono kierunki transformacji polskich spółdzielni. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań autorka upatruje słabość tego sektora głównie w istniejącym mało elastycznym prawie i tradycyjnym sposobie zarządzania przedsiębiorstwami spółdzielczymi.
Abstract
The article presents the importance of the cooperative sector in the economy of economically advanced countries. It describes the condition of the Polish cooperative movement after 1990 and indicates the directions of transformation of the Polish cooperative companies. On the basis of the conducted research the author associates the weakness of the sector mainly with the current law . which is not very flexible . and the traditional method of managing the cooperative companies.
