Abstrakt	Przedstawiono opinie rolników dotyczące oceny funkcjonowania, skutków wprowadzenia oraz sposobu i korzyści rozliczania podatku VAT na zasadach ogólnych i ryczałtu w gospodarstwach rolniczych.
Abstract	The paper presents private farmers. opinion on effects of implementation of the Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as ways and profits from tax payments on general or flat rate schemes in farms. The VAT system is said to be too complicated to the farmers and there is a need for external tax advisory. The farmers assessed sceptically the profits from the VAT implementation into agriculture, due to increase of prices of production sources and decrease of agricultural products purchase prices. A major limitation of implementation the flat rate schemes of the VAT in farms is that economic entities, which purchase agricultural products within cooperation with farmers, do not want to be obliged to issue invoices, because it generates additional costs. Most of the farmers paid off the VAT on flat rate schemes . especially these from animal farms and farms that brought incomes. General scheme of the VAT payments was popular especially with farmers from the greatest farms. Moreover, there were a great number of farmers who claimed to not have enough knowledge concerning the VAT in agriculture.

Abstract	Ukrainian agriculture has a great potential for development in the framework of globalization and EU enlargement. The main direction for this aim is increasing of competitiveness of agricultural products through improvement of agricultural education and research. Taken under consideration the energy problems that world economy faces more and more, agriculture should play important role in keeping a country’s energy balance by supplying renewable energy sources like biodiesel, ethanol, and hard organic fuel.

Dąży się do przystosowania istniejących instytucji, a przede wszystkim Narodowego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej oraz wojewódzkich funduszy ochrony środowiska i gospodarki wodnej, a także Banku Ochrony Środowiska, do zadań wynikających z zarządzania środkami pochodzącymi z funduszy strukturalnych. Ostatnie zmiany wymuszają wypracowanie form i zasad współpracy międzyregionalnej i międzypaństwowej w finansowaniu przedsięwzięć o charakterze regionalnym i europejskim ograniczających zanieczyszczenia transgraniczne, służących zachowaniu bioróżnorodności i produkcji energii odnawialnej z wykorzystaniem środków krajowych, unijnych oraz międzynarodowych publicznych instytucji finansowych.
Abstract	The main aim of the paper is to show the sources of funds for environmental protection after the Polish accession to the European Union, with a special emphasis on governmental funds. Its indirect aim is an elaboration of special topics for dealing with the implementation of investment projects connected with protection of environment. The paper presents changes in the social consciousness with respect to the protection of the environment. It provides an analysis of expenses in pro-environmental investments. Data are drawn from the professional literature, press and surveys

Abstrakt	W opracowaniu przedstawiono kredyt towarowy udzielany gospodarstwom indywidualnym w Polsce, jego źródła, warunki i znaczenie w finansowaniu nakładów produkcyjnych. Podstawowymi źródłami tego kredytu były sklepy i hurtownie oraz odbiorcy produktów, głównie mleczarnie. Pozacenowe warunki udzielania i spłaty badanych kredytów towarowych były korzystniejsze niż bankowych, natomiast cena była bardzo zróżnicowana, a jej deklarowany poziom był wyższy, w porównaniu ze stopami procentowymi płaconymi przez rolników od kredytów preferencyjnych.
Abstract	In the paper, the sources, terms and role of the trade credits for farms were analyzed. The trade credits were granted mainly by suppliers of different kind of producer inputs as well as consumer goods. Buyers of agricultural products played an important role in that area too. The non-price terms of the credits were more favorable for farms comparing with the terms of bank credits. The interest rates on trade credits were in some cases higher than interest rate on bank credits, especially very popular agricultural preferential credits. The most important role of trade credit was the in purchase of land.
