Environmental perspective of CAP reform

Abstract
The paper aims to analyze the goals and directions of changes of Common Agricultural Policy of the EU form the environmental point of view. Additionally 88 Rural Development Plans from the financial perspective 2007–2013 have been analyzed with regard to the delivery of environmental public goods. The paper argues that the CAP increasingly covers issues of environment conservation and protection. The basic tool for that are public goods, which importance is growing, especially with regard to agri-environmental measures.
