Abstract
The article focuses on the possibilities of shaping economic policy (CAP) by groups and farmers’ organizations. Review of literature and examples of Polish and foreign influence is confirmed by the occurrence situation of groups, associations, international organizations, the agricultural markets. Views of those representing institutions affecting agriculture (Ministry, Agencies, cooperative associations) confirm that the right is one of the fundamental problems to be solved by social groups and political lobbies centered around them.
