Abstract
In order to draw up visualising the influence of an economic crisis on the Polish food industry and analysis of the strength of this influence on the food industry are as the whole and on individual his industries. A statement that an global economic crisis which took place in 2007–2008 years in the significant degree influenced the Polish food industry is a main hypothesis of the work. In the article changes which took place in the time of crisis in the food industry and surrounding it were described.
