Abstract	Risks are connected to each economy action. Risks in financial markets are mainly important because their occurring can evolve losses or gains. Precise instruments should be used in risk management process to minimize possibilities of occurring losses. In banking sector credit risk play a major role in loan activity. The aim of an article is to indicate an importance of credit risk management in aspect of monitoring of quality of granted loans. An examination is based on analysis of quality of credit portfolio as a share of threat loans in credit portfolio of banking sector in Poland. Results shown an increasing share of bad loans in following years in each group of borrowers with special progress in group of households loans.

Abstract	Investors have involved their own savings or trusted capitals in projects to gain higher returns than from other investments, according to a rule – higher risks, higher returns. A key problem is an access to entrepreneurs’ comprehend sive and viable information, which can considerably diminish risks of incorrect investment decisions. An aim of article is to indicate places and possibilitiesto achieve appropriate information necessary to make investment decisions by investors, to reduce information asymmetry and moral hazard risks on stage of access to information about investment opportunities, approach to due diligence and a fi nal evaluation of investment offers, and to indicate threats of incomplete, ill or even untruly information

Abstract	A level of innovations in economy has determined a growth of venture capital market. In well developed countries venture capital market plays a significant role in funding innovative projects, but in Poland, so far, a share of venture capital investors is still rather slight. After access of Poland to European Union, directed into increase of innovations in economy of member states, venture capital market has been accelerated, both in informal (business angels) and formal (venture capital funds) markets. There are some interactions between these groups of venture capital investors, like as cooperation, co-financing, and mainly keeping certain turn of funding – in early stages of project development– business angels, and further – venture capital funds. It should be underlined, that in Poland venture capital market has been developing in quite different way, not very similar to scheme worked out in other countries. It can be a result of relatively low level of venture capital market development and structural changes of overall environment

Abstract	The paper aims to analyze the role of seed founds in development of entrepreneurship in Poland. The key problem of small and medium enterprises, especially those with high level of innovation is lack of appropriate capital to finalize the conceptual works and to start business operations. Although there are available different sources of capital., i.e. business incubators, technological parks, special aid programs, those are not sufficient. In developed countries are well functioning formal and unofficial markets of venture capital that support business pioneer initiatives. In Poland this markets are in infancy. One of the forms of supporting innovative initiatives and solving problems of insufficient capital are Seed Founds. In Poland already operate 6 seed founds and next two are in implementation phase
