Opracowanie dotyczy 5-lecia członkostwa Polski w UE i związanych z tym zagadnień kształtowania i rezultatów Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej. Przedstawiono główne procesy rozwojowe rolnictwa polskiego w okresie członkostwa Polski w UE, szanse oraz narzędzia polityki rolnej i ich oceny. Dotyczą one korzyści, zagrożeń i problemów zakresu stanu, interesów i przyszłości rolnictwa polskiego wynikających z doświadczeń procesów integracyjnych i Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej.
Abstract
This paper regards 5th anniversary of Polish membership in the European Union and related issues of the formation and results of the Common Agricultural Policy. The principal developmental processes in the period of Polish membership have been presented, as well as chances and tools of CAP and its evaluation. Its main concern are the benefits, threats and problems affecting the condition, interests and the future of Polish agriculture resulting from the experience of integration processes and CAP.
