Abstrakt	Wspólnoty gruntowe są jedną z form grupowego gospodarowania gruntami rolnymi, leśnymi oraz wodnymi. Ich istotą jest uprawnienie do korzystania ze wspólnego gruntu, służące mieszkańcom danego regionu tylko dlatego, że są jego mieszkańcami. Obowiązujące zasady funkcjonowania wspólnot gruntowych, które zostały uregulowane w latach 60ych, do tej pory nie zostały zmienione. Celem artykułu jest określenie sytuacji i zasadności istnienia wspólnot gruntowych we współczesnych warunkach gospodarczych. W szczególności chodzi o to, czy taka właśnie forma władania gruntami nadal ma z jednej strony zasadność istnienia, natomiast z drugiej czy wpisuje się we współczesne realia ekonomiczno-prawne. W pracy została zastosowana metoda dogmatycznej analizy aktów prawnych. Wykorzystano także literaturę przedmiotu oraz orzecznictwo. Ponadto materiał badawczy stanowiły opracowania i raporty pochodzące z MRiRW. Badania wykazały, że m.in. istnienie wspólnot gruntowych jest sprzeczne z założeniami gospodarki wolnorynkowej oraz z założeniem racjonalnego działania rolników oraz podmiotów gospodarczych.
Abstract	The land communities are one of the forms of group farming. They include agricultural, forest and water lands. Their nature lets the farmers make use of common land just because they live in a certain area. The current rules of their organization were established in the 60ies and since then have not been changed. The aim of this article is to determine the situation and the legitimacy of land communities in the present economic environment. Particularly, it conducts to an answer to the question if such forms should exist and if they respond to the present economic and legal real circumstances. The dogmatic analysis of legal acts methods were used, as well as the study of literature and jurisdiction. Besides, the reports of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development were examined. The research has proved that existence of land communities is against the free market and efficient farmers’ and the other parties’ activities

Pozytywne działania i współpracę w zakresie rozwoju agroturystyki można dostrzec w wielu gminach województwa pomorskiego. Autorka artykułu przeprowadziła w miesiącach sierpień – listopad 2009 r. badania pierwotne wśród właścicieli gospodarstw agroturystycznych województwa pomorskiego. Ich celem było uzyskanie informacji i opinii o działaniach instytucji i organizacji szczebla lokalnego i ogólnokrajowego na rzecz rozwoju agroturystyki. Ankietowani najwyżej ocenili współpracę z Polską Federacją Turystyki Wiejskiej „Gospodarstwa Gościnne” oraz Pomorskim Ośrodkiem Doradztwa Rolniczego w Gdańsku
Abstract	In rural areas with low agricultural potential, the agrotourism provides a financial stability for small and medium-sized farms. It is also a stimulator of the local economy, thus providing a revenue for municipal budgets. A positive action and cooperation in tourism development can be seen in many communities of the Pomeranian province. In the months August - November 2009 the author of this article carried a primary research among the owners of agrotourist farms in the Pomeranian province. The goal was to obtain information and opinions about the activities of local and national level institutions and organizations in the field of agrotourism development. Respondents rated highest the cooperation with the Polish Federation of Rural Tourism Hospitable Farms and the Pomeranian Agricultural Advisory Center in Gdansk.

Abstract	The paper deals methods of solid biomass estimation for energy purposes. Several ways of estimations are available at present what causes discrepancy in the figures. In the article useful methods were described for local government units, and enterprises interested in using biomass for energy purposes. Estimation methods of wood, straw and energy crops were presented. Estimating of resources of renewable sources, especially biomass, could became a significant practical problem, which can be meet by local government representatives, entrepreneurs interested in renewable sources technology development. Methods of estimating have complex and diverse character what could be seen like an obstacle in define raw material sources in farms for instance. Farms have many specific characteristics within technical and logistic organization, are placed in specific localizations sometimes very hard to cultivate because of agro technical factors. Those conditions dot not exclude the possibility of biomass estimating in the scale of province, poviat, commune or even in single farm. The present estimating methods need to be adopted by preparing common measuring standards which allows to prepare reliable calculations of biomass for fuel and energy sector. Methods of estimating are improving during process of research and current updating.

Abstract	The dairy market In the EU is regulated by the Common Market Organization for milk and milk products. This policy is influencing together with changes in the Common Agricultural Policy. Within the Health Check the European Commission proposed a milk quota abolition, which will come into force from the year 2015. This paper presents a scenario analysis of milk quota abolition and the influence on production, price and demand on farm gate milk, butter and skimmed milk powder. Analysis was divided on two groups EU-15 and ten countries whose accession to EU in the year 2004. Special case was made for Germany, France, Great Britain and Poland as the largest milk producers in the EU. Conclusions fl owing from analysis show decline of real milk farm gate price to the year 2020, about 20% in the comparison with the average from the period 2003–2005. The supply of milk will increase with simultaneous decline of butter production and skimmed milk powder. Unfortunately the majority of unfavorable changes will in the group of countries UE-10

Abstract	The aim of this paper is to show how the responsibility lies with the company in fulfilling a social mission, what stakeholders expect, and how companies come up to these expectations. Expectations of stakeholders to companies were illustrated by the results of surveys conducted on a group of Polish and German respondents, in such areas as: workplace, environment, market and society. The results show some similarities but also differences in the feelings of respondents about the ethical behavior of Polish and German companies. The analysis conducted shows that the modern company can not shirk its social responsibility, and its activities should be based on the organizational culture that integrates all stakeholders around common goals.

Finally, the innovations shape the tastes and inclinations of consumers.The above evaluation was made on the basis of existing research outcomes for the firm innovativeness. In consequence, the authors also defined the list of potential research areas, which should be investigated in respect of changeability of the firm activity environment and consumer preferences. Abstrakt	W artykule przedstawiono niektóre aspekty współpracy między większymi producentami mleka a spółdzielniami mleczarskimi na podstawie wyników badań. Omówiono zagadnienia współpracy ekonomicznej, także w okresie trudności finansowych i organizacyjnych spółdzielni.
Abstract	The purchase milk prices do not depend only on individual producer, but he should care about the highest quality and because of that achieve possibly the highest price and improve the production profitability. In the milk purchase on the bigger part of research area occurs a lack of competition in purchase between milk cooperatives. However some of the farms manage to change a receiver to achieve a higher price of sold milk. The farms with the lowest direct profitability index by five years of searching very seldom change the receiver, but the most effective do it very often. Accepting in the macro region the lowest purchase price on 100%, the highest price was 148,1%, so the difference was significant and could economically finish farms near a weak dairy, where did not exist competition in purchase or extra improve financial condition this farm which sell milk to entity offering the highest purchase price. The participation of farms with a direct sale decreased and at the end of researched period was 16,7%. The direct milk sale increase direct profitability of production. Specialized milk farms and their milk cooperatives should support each other on all economical areas and think together about high processed milk products both on the internal and external market. Making more and more attractive selling products could be a strong base of agreement in the area of optimal purchase price between cooperative and milk farms.

Abstrakt	Kontrola, w procesie zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, jest wymieniana jako element pozapłacowych metod motywowania. Przeprowadzone badania pozwoliły m.in. określić pozycję kontroli wśród pozapłacowych czynników systemów motywacyjnych. Zgodnie z wynikami badań 63% ankietowanych uznało, że działania kontrolne są ważnym narzędziem motywowania. Jednak w zestawieniu z innymi czynnikami, kontrola i wynikająca z niej ocena, traciły na znaczeniu. Na pierwszym miejscu respondenci zgodnie wskazali na wynagrodzenie. Natomiast wśród metod pozapłacowych za najistotniejszy uznano awans zawodowy. Kontrola była wymieniana na trzecim miejscu.
Abstract	Supervision is listed as one of the non-financial motivators. The findings of conducted research helped to determine the position of supervision among non-financial motivational factors. Over 63% of the respondents perceived supervision as an important motivating instrument. However when juxtaposed with other factors, supervision and resultant evaluation lost their importance. Respondents pointed to salary as the most effective incentive. Promotion turned out to be most important non-financial motivator and supervision took the third position. Abstrakt	Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie zmian w produkcji, spożyciu oraz wymianie międzynarodowej produktami mlecznymi na świecie w latach 1985-2007. Dodatkowo przedstawiono przewidywania różnych organizacji w zakresie zmian na rynku mleka w latach następnych. Z przedstawionych danych wynika, że produkcja mleka na świecie, w ciągu analizowanych 23 lat, wyraźnie zwiększyła się. Ciągle jednak jest mniejsza w stosunku do potencjalnych możliwości spożycia przetworów mlecznych i jest to czynnik dający nadzieję na rozwój gospodarstw mlecznych i mleczarni na świecie.
Abstract	The aim of this article is to present the situation of the dairy market in the world (milk production, milk consumption, international exchange milk products) in the years 1985-2007. Additionally there were introduced prognoses of different organizations in range of changes on market of milk in next period. Milk production in the world was developing very dynamically. In 1985-2007 milk production increased from 508 to 676 million tone, however milk consumption per capita did not increase. Presented results suggest that milk production is lower in relation to the potential consumption. Therefore, economically efficient dairy farms in the world have still large development opportunities.

Abstrakt	Opracowanie zawiera analizę wielkości i struktury nabywanych usług mechanizacyjnych przez gospodarstwa rodzinne położone w czterech różniących się warunkami społeczno-ekonomicznymi regionach kraju. Materiał empiryczny pochodzi z badań przeprowadzonych na reprezentatywnej grupie 555 gospodarstw. Określono czynniki wpływające na zróżnicowany popyt na usługi w zależności od obszaru gospodarstw, wyposażenia w ciągniki i maszyny rolnicze oraz poziomu rozwoju techniczno-ekonomicznego rolnictwa. Praca zawiera także analizę struktury podmiotowej usług . najmu prywatnego, pomocy sąsiedzkiej i usług świadczonych przez jednostki kółek rolniczych. Analiza wykazała zróżnicowanie w poziomie nabywanych usług mechanizacyjnych i w jej strukturze, warunkowane poziomem rozwoju rolnictwa i wzajemnymi relacjami czynników wytwórczych.
Abstract	The paper presents an analysis of the scale and structure of mechanization services purchased by family farms situated in four regions of Poland differing with their socio-economic conditions. The basis for the article were the results of empirical research conducted on a representative group of 555 farms. Determined were the factors affecting the diversified demand for services depending on the farm area, the numbers of tractors and farm machinery and technical economic level of agriculture. The work contains also an analysis of subject structure of services . private hire, neighborly help and services provided by the agricultural circle units. The analysis revealed diversification of the level of purchased mechanization services and in its structure conditioned by the level of agriculture development and interrelations of production factors.

Abstrakt	W opracowaniu przedstawiono tendencje zmian w organizacji i ekonomice przedsiębiorstw rolnych na przykładzie studium przypadku. Do badań wybrano przedsiębiorstwo, które w warunkach rynkowego systemu gospodarczego napotkało trudności w zapewnieniu pozytywnego wyniku finansowego, a następnie po wdrożeniu programu dostosowawczego, stało się efektywnym, zdolnym do rozwoju przedsiębiorstwem. Wskazano na ważniejsze kierunki wprowadzonych dostosowań oraz ich efekty.
Abstract	The paper aims to describe the tendencies in changes of organization and economics of agricultural enterprises based on the case study example. The researches have been conducted based on the selected enterprise, which under the market conditions faced financial problems, which were solved after implementing restructuring program. Thanks to that the enterprise started to grow. The paper points out the most important directions of changes and their effects. Especially the radical restructuring of employment, modernization of technical backup and simplification of the structure as well as progress in plant and animal productions and improvement of financial situation were shown.

Abstrakt	W artykule określono opłacalność produkcji mleka przy różnych systemach chowu w przedsiębiorstwie rolnym. Zbadano kształtowanie się przychodów i kosztów produkcji mleka, nadwyżkę bezpośrednią wraz z amortyzacją na 1 krowę oraz na 100 l mleka, a także strukturę kosztów produkcji mleka dla systemu tradycyjnego i nowoczesnego.
Abstract	The paper aims to analyze the organizational changes, introduction of new technology as well as profitability of milk production in different livestock keeping systems (traditional and modern) in the chosen agricultural enterprise. It shows that in the researched farm in both systems revenues as well as costs of the production increased. The dynamics of increase of income from sale was higher in the modern system then in traditional, accordingly 71% vs. 26%. In the modern system the dynamics of increase of production’s costs was much lower then in the traditional, i.e. 5% vs. 10%. Thus, the paper argues that the costs of production of 1 liter of milk in the modern system decreased, while in the traditional system increased. In both systems in the costs structure the highest share have costs of fodders, costs of heard renovation as well as labor costs. Introduction of new technology into the livestock keeping besides increase of profitability and decrease of labor-consumption is also important due to new and more strict requirement concerning sanitary standards and animal welfare.

Abstrakt	Na podstawie badań kwestionariuszowych przeprowadzonych w okresie marzec . kwiecień 2009 przedstawiono możliwości tworzenia i funkcjonowania aliansu w formie partnerstwa wertykalnego, jako modelu powiązań rolnictwa z handlem i przetwórstwem rolnym, w którym główną rolę odgrywa grupa producentów rolnych. Podstaw ą przetrwania i odniesienia sukcesu w działalności grupy producentów rolnych jest uświadomienie sobie logiki partnerstwa oraz wzajemnego zaufania, które są podstawą wprowadzania udoskonaleń lub też innowacji produktowych, a także stosowanie przez zarządy grup koncepcji uczenia się organizacji.
Abstract	Based on questionnaire surveys conducted during the March-April 2009, author provides the possibility of setting up and operating alliance in the form of vertical partnership as a model for agricultural trade and agricultural processing in which the central role is played by a group of agricultural producers. Analysis of the data shows that the group of agricultural producers can function as a link of alliances in the form of vertical partnership, and through the usage of the economics of scale can increase own market power. The basis for the survival and succeed in the activities of the farmers is to raise awareness of the logic of partnership and mutual trust, which are the basis for introducing improvements or product innovations, and the concept of learning organizations used by the board.

Abstract	The project aimed at studying basic functional conditions for farms managed by young farmers. It showed that young farmers have been active and susceptible to changes, with consequential farm modernization. In their own opinions, the most important internal barriers in farm development are the shortage of own financial means, too small farm area and poor farm outfit with fixed assets. The most often indicated major factors dominating among external, farm-independent barriers were: too high prices of essential farm-production necessities, inflow of food products from abroad and problems experienced in sales of farm products and services. For an effective farm modernization process, young farmers need support from the institutional environment, including that by advisory and financial institutions, payment agencies, non-governmental organizations and local self-governments
