Abstrakt	Majątek związany z nieruchomościami pełni istotną rolę w zabezpieczaniu obligacji finansowych: hipoteka jest nierozerwalną cechą funkcjonowania rozwijających się gospodarek. Jeżeli podstawowy warunek zabezpieczenia hipoteki na podstawie oszacowanych obiektów jest spełniony, to wycena nieruchomości została przeprowadzona przy uwzględnieniu podstawowych reguł zapewniających jej bezpieczeństwo. W przedstawionych badaniach została stwierdzona bezpośrednia relacja pomiędzy teoriami dotyczącymi wartości i ceny a podejściem do wyceny nieruchomości. Na podstawie analizy teorii wartości „marginal utility” oraz „demand/supply”, wyjaśniono podejście do szacowania wartości nieruchomości (przy uwzględnieniu zarówno przychodów, jak i kosztów wyceny). Kombinacja różnych, niełączących się ze sobą teorii nie jest oczywista, a kontrowersyjne jest zagadnienie harmonizacji połączenia efektywności oraz dostępności tego rozwiązania (bazujące na różnych teoriach). Pozwoliło to na ujednolicenie zastosowanych rozważań w celu szerszego zrozumienia istoty badanego procesu oraz samego zjawiska wraz z uwzględnieniem wyróżniającej się kategorii w tej problematyce, jaką jest „cena” oraz „wycena metodą ekspercką”.

Abstract	The article is on construction financial plans of Poland’s state agencies in 2003–2009, which were enclosed to state budgetary regulation. The author shows many errors in the plans which required systematic solutions. Conclusion is, the financial plans enclosed to state budgetary regulation were not made properly and were not transparent to interested people, and better for quality of the financial plans and transparency of the public financial system would be making the plans out state budgetary procedure and publicity the plans out of the state budgetary regulation.

Authors proves that present enterprises insolvency prediction models have decreased their forecast propriety. Therefore authors built discriminate analysis model for shipping enterprises which are acting in Polish present economy conditions. This model properly characterized the research group of enterprises. This model also could be useful tool for a bank in a credit procedures for shipping enterprises.

Abstract	The elaboration deals with estimation of agriculture tax burden in relation to fundamental financial-economic categories in farms. The research was conduced according to Economic Size Unit criterion in farms which participated in FADN accountancy data system. The period of farm investigation covers the years 2004–2007. On the basis of conducted researches has been ascertained that relation between agriculture tax and production output recorded decreasing tendency. It means that the tax system noticed smaller importance which was reflected by the low level of agriculture tax burden index in relation to agriculture income. The group of farms which noticed low level of ESU recorded higher level of agriculture tax burden.

Abstract	The paper presents relations between agricultural tax and chosen production resources in agricultural farms. The highest relation between agricultural tax and cropland area in 2006 recorded in all voivodships. The relationship between agricultural tax and possessed equity capital was comparatively low. Therefore, it could be ascertained that agriculture tax was relatively small tax burden for farmers and did not contribute to their activity production strategy. Most of farmers were against the implementation of income tax instead agriculture tax.

Abstract	The paper deals with the analysis of the relationship between efficiency and effectiveness of SME sector enterprises in respect to size of the employment and fixed assets value. The enterprises were characterized by fixed assets diversity and value of investments outlay. The micro enterprises used possessed fixed assets quite effective. Definitely the lowest participation of long term financing was recorded in enterprises which noticed small value of fixed assets. In enterprises which had the highest value of this assets noted profitable situation in aspect of financial liquidity, whereas the lowest was ascertained in group with an average value of this assets. The fixed assets turnover was higher in enterprises which characterized by the lowest level of fixed assets In these group noticed the highest effectiveness of equity capital utilization. Abstract	In article undertook attempt to asses the financial leverage and rate on equity (ROE) in two agriculture farms which differentiate with the level of cash and financing strategy. The elaboration deals with two types of investments: purchase of a cropland area and animals, which were supported by preferential credit from Agency of Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARMA). The conducted research indicated that the level of cash did not affected the level of obtain financial leverage, whereas it was necessary to take advantage from foreign capital used in farm activity. The survey confirmed that farmers should not postpone investments because it had negative influence on the level of possible losses

Abstract	The study presents the importance of cash flow in the management of financial enterprise. Cash flow is used for management of liquidity, bankruptcy prediction and credit risk assessment. The ratio analysis in research based on cash flow complements information about the financial situation and regards to cash approach. The traditional indexes calculated on the basis of data from the balance sheet and income statement do not provide complete information about the financial situation of the enterprise. This reflects from financial results which are considered as non-cash transactions, such as depreciation. Cash flow rules emphasized the importance of cash in a free market economy. The enterprise could generate the profit but due to the lack of liquidity it goes bankrupt. It is not mandatory for all enterprises to draw up the cash flow statement. For this reason, the analysis of cash flow is often ignored.

Abstract	The main aim of this paper was to assess the level of human capital in rural areas of Poland and to make its cross-regional comparison. There was proposed the human resource development index or human capital index having six essential elements (education, enterpreunarship, economic activity, employment, health, and migration). In 2007, the opolskie, slaskie and malopolskie provinces were characterised by the highest levels of the human capital in rural areas.The paper provides also the investigation of the link between rural human capital and economic development in Polish regions concluding that in the slaskie, mazowieckie and wielkopolskie provinces high level of rural human capital was accompanied by high level of regional economic development as measured by GDP per capita. The results of human capital study at the individual level (questionnaire study in the sample of 120 farm owners from Mazovia and Podlasie regions, 2009) show that the education is the main determinant of farmer’s human capital improvement.

Abstract	Mathematics as an abstract science was derived from studies and analyses of the material word. However, “pure” mathematics very often creates its imaginary objects which develop independently, lead their own “imaginary” lines and very seldom have their equivalent in the surrounding reality. Nevertheless a completely new aspect of mathematics is highlighted when it is used for describing real phenomena, since – due to its highly formalized language – it enables practitioners, including economists, to specify relations and operations between objects under study. In order to achieve this goal the appropriate models have been created. Theconstruction of new models in economic science (and in many other domains) aims simplifying and formalizing many problems which, in fact, may increase the probability of finding relevant solutions. Furthermore, from the economic point of view, due to the high precision with highlighted above models work, essential conclusions are to be drawn, which subsequently may prove relevant for the progress of science. The aim of this paper is to present how modeling economic phenomena and social interactions have been developed within many years by using formalized language of mathematics economic phenomena and social interactions which have been developed within many years by using formalized language of mathematics.

Abstract	The develop of foreign direct investments (FDI) in Poland in 2000–2007 and their influence on creating the places of the work and enlargement productivity of labour are presented in this article. In the first part of the paper was presented analyze of dynamics level and structure FDI and their spacing location. Moreover, size and structure employment and productivity labour with part of foreign capital was presented. The main conclusion from this analyze is positive influence FDI on increase employment and level of efficiency and high regional diversification. The most number of work places was created in heavy economics (strong economically regions), mainly in voivodships: mazowieckie, wielkopolskie i dolnośląskie.

Then subjected them to statistical verification, which confirmed its accuracy. The model used to predict the recorded and expected inflation, and unemployment rate. Theoretical values were close to real values.
